What the website is for
The website tells you about our bikes, our rent-to-own plan and how to apply. Using it is free. Nothing on it is an offer of credit.
Prices
- Prices are in rand, per week.
- The weekly prices on the website are examples for 12, 18 and 24 months. Your actual price is in the written quote we give you after the affordability check. That quote is binding on us for 5 business days.
- We are not registered for VAT, so our prices do not include VAT and we do not charge it. If we register, prices shown will include VAT.
- The price that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement.
Credit
Rent-to-own is a credit agreement under the National Credit Act. Our registration as a credit provider is in progress; we show our registration number here once we have it. Before you sign, we check that the payments are affordable for you.
What we don't promise
- We don't promise how much you will earn. We don't control the delivery apps, how much work they give you, or what they pay.
- We don't guarantee that any delivery app will accept you or a particular bike.
- The cost calculator is an estimate that uses the makers' figures. Real stop-start riding usually costs more.
- Bike specifications and photos come from the maker and dealer. The bike you get may differ slightly.
Applying
Applying online starts our checks. Nothing is agreed until the checks are done and you have signed a written agreement with us.
Using the website properly
Don't copy our content for commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The text, logo and design are ours. Bike specifications belong to the maker. "Uber Eats", "Mr D", "Bolt Food" and "Checkers Sixty60" are the names of other companies; we are not linked to them.
Our responsibility
We try to keep the website correct and working, but it may have mistakes or be unavailable. Rely on your written agreement, not the website, for what you owe and what you get. We are not responsible for loss from relying on the website instead, except where the law does not allow us to exclude responsibility.
Privacy and complaints
See our privacy notice and our complaints procedure.
Law and changes
South African law applies. We may update these terms; the version on the website applies.
